Looking for a no drama, high quality care boarding facility? The new roof has been installed and the paddocks are done being converted to bluestone dry lots! Simple Changes therapeutic riding center has just a few stalls available for full boarding. Nice facility in Lorton, VA for show horses, pleasure horses or retirement board. The full-service facility offers an outdoor ring (225x150) with a sprinkler system and sand footing; indoor ring (150x100) with lights, sprinkler system and sand footing; turnout includes private and semi-private dry lot paddocks that are cleaned regularly and have free choice grass hay. Conveniently located close to Alexandria/Springfield/ Fairfax/Woodbridge and more on the Mason Neck just off Route 1.

The center aisle way barn offers 12x12 stalls with mats, excellent ventilation, 2 hot/cold wash stalls, heated boarder tack room, commercial washer/dryer, direct access to trails at Meadowood and a full bathroom with heat and a shower. All stalls open to the large center aisle way and have front sliding doors. The rear wall of the stalls have safe full metal grates for ventilation and dutch doors which allow horses to look outside during nice weather.

Barn staff lives on site. Management with over 25 yrs experience. Horses are fed twice daily with Purina grains, owner provided supplements added at no additional charge. Our facility offers safe fencing, blanketing, fly masks and fly spray done daily at no additional charge. Full care stall boarding available for $900 per month.
