We are looking for a Working Student to join our team March 1st! For an individual with experience this could quickly turn into an Assistant Trainer or Barn Manager position. However, we are also happy to train the right candidate! All we ask is that applicants are over 18 years of age and have a good work ethic & a strong attention to detail.
We are an active Sale and Training program based in Free Union/Charlottesville, VA (with February in Aiken, SC). Our schedule is diverse, with a fun assortment of USEA events, young horse classes, schooling horse trials, dressage and jumper shows, and fox hunting opportunities. We are extremely fortunate, being in the heart of Area II, to regularly ship out to work with other industry professionals.
As a mid sized program, we are able to take the time to prioritize the goals of our team members. As such, we are able to customize the position around the strengths and interests of the applicant; whether that is training, barn management, or grooming at competitions.
