Show jumping focused competition farm looking to add an important team member to the program in Middleburg, VA. Assistant manager/trainer position which will include some barn work, grooming, client communications, ground work with the horses and riding if desired and appropriate. Must have some horse experience and most important willingness to learn and work with current team. Fun, friendly environment but operates at a high standard. Timeliness, attention to detail, and good attitude are essential. Some travel to shows is part of this position.

Horses & ponies range from foals to regularly competing on national circuit.

Position to start as a working student or part time with pay dependent on hours and experience -if a good fit the intention would be a long term full time position (potential for housing and/or board for one horse).
