Professional groom and exercise rider sought to manage a foxhunting barn in Northern Virginia. Competitive salary with benefits, vehicle and housing are offered. Barn Manager duties include: horse care, barn care, exercising horses (flat and over jumps), developing greener horses, managing farrier and vet visits, etc. The candidate will be expected to foxhunt with the employer (and family) in first field multiple times a week as a professional groom.

Qualifications:
- Barn management experience
- Ability to exercise horses (flat and over jumps)
- Grooming experience (clipping and mane pulling)
- Horse care experience
- Ability to exercise and develop greener horses
- Experience managing farrier and vet visits
- Prior foxhunting experience highly preferred
