Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Horseback Riding Instructor and Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching riding lessons to students of all ages and skill levels, training horses, and ensuring the safety and well-being of both riders and horses.
Responsibilities:
Conduct riding lessons for beginners to intermediate riders.
Develop and implement training programs for horses and clients.
Monitor and maintain the health and fitness of horses.
Provide guidance and support to riders, helping them achieve their riding goals.
Ensure the safety of all riders and horses during lessons and training sessions.
Assist with daily barn chores and horse care as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a horseback riding instructor and trainer.
Strong knowledge of horse care, training techniques, and safety practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for working with horses and riders of all ages.
