$25,000.00 Appox 10 year old barn for sale. Had made in Lancaster County by the Amish and assembled in Leesburg. The barn is moveable and I can provide company that will move. I had the barn put on concrete posts so that it can be unattached and moved. The center isle roof would need to be removed to move. Could reassemble or use as two stand alones. As it sits, it is a 4 stall barn with tack room and wash\storage room, but this could easily be converted to a 5th stall. Solid barn that keep warm in the winter. Does need some minor repairs on windows but otherwise is a solid structure. Also have 2 run in and a hay barn for sale as well. |
